RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Do not send a product back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address after receiving your request.

Return Conditions
Customers may examine the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality. Products should be returned with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Return Shipping Costs
For a standard withdrawal where the product is not defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Please contact us before arranging the return so that we can provide the correct return instructions and address.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, does not correspond to your order, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. Customers will not be required to bear return costs where those costs are legally the seller's responsibility because the goods are defective or otherwise non-conforming.

Refunds
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse payments that must be refunded under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal before delivery as well.

Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where an exception under applicable consumer law applies. Where an exception applies to a product, this will be communicated as required by law.
