TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from the MagCharge Pro online store.
MagCharge Pro provides products to customers through an online store powered by Shopify.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that consumers have under mandatory Finnish or European Union consumer-protection legislation.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our store are accurate.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer's screen, device and display settings.
Product availability may change. We may discontinue products or update product information when necessary.
3. Prices and Taxes
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, prices displayed to consumers include taxes required to be included under applicable law.
Any shipping charges or other additional charges applicable to an order will be clearly communicated before the customer completes the purchase.
4. Orders
Customers are responsible for checking their order and providing complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
After an order is placed, an electronic confirmation will normally be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, inability to obtain payment, or inability to supply the ordered product.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant payment will be refunded.
5. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and/or other payment-service providers available through our store.
Customers must provide accurate payment information and must be authorized to use the payment method selected.
6. Shipping
MagCharge Pro currently offers free standard shipping for orders delivered within Finland.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery within Finland is typically 6–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after shipment.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable Finnish and EU consumer law and any legally permitted exceptions.
Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal should notify us within the applicable withdrawal period.
Customers should contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
For ordinary withdrawals involving non-defective goods, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where this has been communicated before purchase.

8. Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where a consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, we will make the reimbursement required by applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the customer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Where required by law, reimbursement includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original purchase.
9. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product arrives damaged, is defective, does not correspond to the order or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Please provide the order details and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that helps us assess the problem.
We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable Finnish consumer-protection legislation.
Nothing in these Terms limits the seller's statutory liability for defective or non-conforming goods.
10. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If you notice an error after submitting an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before shipment, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created for the MagCharge Pro store, including its branding, original text, graphics and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, product materials and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with the security, operation or functionality of the store.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology or attempt unauthorized access to the store, associated systems or customer information.
13. Third-Party Services
Our online store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics and other service providers.
Where you use a third-party service, that provider may have its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Purchases from MagCharge Pro nevertheless remain transactions between the customer and MagCharge Pro unless clearly stated otherwise.
14. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation.
Shopify and other service providers may process information where necessary to provide the online-store, payment, delivery and related services.

15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under Finnish or European Union law.
We are not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary, for example because of changes to our services, business practices or applicable legislation.
The Terms applicable to a customer's purchase are generally those in effect when the order is placed, subject to mandatory applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law, without restricting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to the customer.
Consumers retain any rights concerning jurisdiction and legal remedies provided by mandatory applicable law.
18. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint concerning an order or product, please contact MagCharge Pro first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.
If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, a consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
Before bringing a matter before the Consumer Disputes Board, consumers should contact the Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta) for guidance.
